Your business has a founding date, and that date has a chart. This reads the entity rather than you — what it is good at, where it strains, and what it keeps repeating.
What it is
A company has a founding moment too.
The date your business came into existence is a real moment with a real sky over it — the day the entity started, whatever was happening in your life around it. A business reading casts that chart and reads it the way I’d read a person’s.
What comes back is a description of the thing you built, separate from you: what it is structurally good at, where it leaks, what it keeps repeating, and which of its difficulties are built in rather than bad luck.
It is not a forecast and it is not a strategy document. It is a second reading of something you are too close to read plainly.
What you get
Around two thousand words, and the chart it came from.

- The character of the business — how it naturally operates, what it is built to do well.
- Where the structural strain sits, and what it tends to look like when it shows up.
- The pattern that repeats: the thing that has gone wrong more than once in a way that felt like coincidence.
- What I’d watch, written as specifics rather than encouragement.
What I need
A date, and where it was filed.
What I need from you
- The business name, and the date it was formed — incorporation, registration, or the day you consider it to have started.
- Where it was filed. City and state is enough.
- A time, only if you happen to have one. Most filings do not record one, and that is fine.
- One or two things you actually want looked at.
If there is no time on the filing — and there usually is not — I cast the chart without one and leave out everything that would depend on it, rather than guessing. The reading says which parts those are.
Honest limits
What this will not do.
This is not financial advice, and I am not a licensed advisor. It will not tell you whether to take an investment, sign a lease, hire or fire anyone, or whether a deal will close. If you are deciding something with money or law attached, the person you need has a licence and professional liability insurance. I have neither.
- No revenue predictions, no valuations, and no dates for when things will turn.
- Nothing about a competitor, an investor or a co-founder who has not agreed to be read. I will read your business, not other people.
- It will not diagnose a problem you already know about. If cash is the problem, a reading is not the tool.
- It cannot see your books. Anything I say about money is about pattern and temperament, not about numbers I do not have.
- If a reading is not the right thing for what you are carrying, I will say so and refund you.
