What happens after you pay.

The sequence

Start to finish.

1. You payPick your readings on the booking page. The amount is fixed at checkout, so nothing can be edited or mistyped, and the multi-reading discount is already applied.
2. You come back and fill in the formPayPal returns you to the site automatically and the booking form appears. For an astrology reading it asks for birth date, time and place; for a psychic reading it asks only for your question. It takes about five minutes.
3. The chart gets calculatedFor anything chart-based I compute the positions from ephemeris data rather than a website widget, which matters at the edges: an unusual timezone, a historical daylight-saving rule, a birth close to midnight or to a sign boundary.
4. It gets read and writtenThis is the part that takes the time. I work through the chart as a whole rather than placement by placement, decide which two or three things are actually worth your attention, and write it as prose you can read once and understand.
5. It arrives as a PDFTypeset, laid out to be read on a phone or printed, emailed from astrology@resultsstars.com within 72 hours of receiving your details. Not a template with your name inserted.

Timing

Where the 72 hours starts.

The clock starts when your details arrive, not when you pay. If you pay and close the tab without filling in the form, nothing has reached me except a payment, and I have no way to know what to read for. If that happens, email me and we will sort it out.

Most readings go out well inside 72 hours. The promise is the outer edge, not the target, and I would rather commit to something I can always meet than to something impressive I sometimes miss.

If something is wrong

Bad data, or the wrong reading.

• If your birth details look inconsistent, I email you before writing rather than reading the wrong chart.
• If you booked a reading that will not work with the information you have, such as Human Design without a birth time, I will say so and offer to switch it or refund you.
• If something in the finished reading is factually wrong about your chart, tell me and I will correct it. That is not a revision policy, it is a mistake being fixed.
